Approve Our General Terms for ProductStory
When you take out a ProductStory subscription, you need to accept our terms and conditions.
When you accept our terms and conditions on our website, via the link below, the agreement between you and SundaHus covers all products, including both new products and those that are already registered in the SundaHus database.
By accepting on the website, all products will thus be included in a ProductStory subscription that runs per product and per calendar year. You also authorise SundaHus to issue an invoice for ProductStory from 1 January 2025, covering the products registered in our database at the time of your acceptance of our general terms and conditions.
As a customer, you are free to subscribe to ProductStory and decide which products to include in your subscription.
If you do not wish to have a subscription for all your current products or if you are unsure which products will be covered, you are welcome to contact us before accepting the terms and conditions(support@sundahus.se).
For product assessments ordered before 1 January 2025, the subscription for the product will run from the date the assessment was ordered until 31 December 2024 and will then be renewed on 1 January 2025 in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The fee for 2024 is for the remaining months for the relevant product.

As a result of the launch of ProductStory, we will cease to provide our services under our previous terms and conditions "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ISSUE 3 – 20 September 2016". In order for your already assessed products in the database to continue to be visible for the thousands of projects that have chosen to use SundaHus, you need to accept our new terms and conditions.
Here are our terms.
The termination period for our old terms and conditions has a notice period of three (3) months, during which time nothing changes for you as a customer, i.e. your products continue to be visible in accordance with the terms and conditions. Termination has already occurred for some customers and will occur shortly for some others.
Upon acceptance of our general terms and conditions for products assessed before 1 November 2024, a ProductStory subscription per product with a fee of SEK 240 (without VAT) per year and product will be started, with a first billing date of 1 January 2025.
